Text Box: I would like to express my appreciation for the hospitality shown to our group as we passed through your area. I do not have a count at this time as to how much in donations we collected, but I should be able to announce the total through the next edition of the VFW News.

7:45-8:25  Breakfast for the veterans.  
8:25    Guests and Veterans go to reserved seating in the gym.   
8:30-8:45   ROTC from the high school will present colors. . During the POW/MIA table ceremony Echoing Taps
8:50-9:00	Guest Speaker:  Master Sergeant Mance Clark
9:00-9:05	The Dance Team and Choir performs 
9:08-9:20    Slide show of Goodnight families with music  
9:20-9:30    Mr. Dow asks that the veterans be honored by the Saber Team and step forward as Text Box: November 13th
Hays County Veterans Day Parade
8:00-9:00  Set up for the parade on CM Allen Parkway.  
9:00—10:00 The parade begins at the corner of C. M. Allen and Hopkins, past the square turning right onto Fredericksburg, right again onto Hutchison, and then right on C. M. Allen back to Hopkins.  The Grand Marshal of this year’s Veterans Day Parade will be  Lt. Richard Patrick Mizanin (Army).  
VFW Veterans Day meal
6:00PM  The San Marcos VFW Post 3413 will be serving a turkey dinner that evening at 6pm following the parade.  The cost is $6.00 per plate.
